THE 4-PHASE EVOLUTION:

A Whole-Person Approach

WHAT WE DO IS DIFFERENT

Our expertise lies in connecting with organizations to forge high-performance teams that promote community, resilience and transformative growth.

“They’re called BLIND SPOTS because we don’t see them.”

-Jason Hutchins, Texas A&M Baseball Director of Operations

How do you create an elite culture? It’s not easy, but it isn’t complicated.  10 years of research focused on Special Operations and other Mission Critical Teams arrived at the following conclusion:

Culture eats process for lunch.

Culture is driven by training.

So why does the majority of a professional’s training happen at the beginning of their career? Why is there not a consistent, ongoing pipeline of elite professional development that empowers the team and its members? We’re talking about courses that address the real pain points as a career progresses; i.e., after they’ve become competent at the bare minimum core skills and requirements. We’re talking about critical skills - tools that empower you to lead at your level - both at work and at home - and habits of high-caliber performers.

Through the Target Analysis process, we facilitate self-assessments aimed at the student and organization alike.  These exercises in reflection and observation uncover blind spots - obstacles that often go unnoticed or just aren’t addressed effectively:

  • Burnout

  • Stress

  • Mental performance gaps

  • Lack of alignment at work and at home

  • Recruiting and retention

  • Morale and buy-in

  • Organizational change

  • The list goes on…

We provide the missing link - training that aims to address these obstacles, and dominate the basics of culture and whole person development.

Our training and executive coaching combine straightforward concepts with collaborative inquiry (asking great questions).  We explore how to develop both elite leaders and teams that solve complex, adaptive and dynamic problems. Likewise, with a focus on individual well-being and performance optimization, we’ll examine

  • The fundamentals of execution / performing under pressure

  • How to foster a culture of trust and accountability - where people feel truly valued - at work and at home.

And by the way…

“360-720” is a tactical term. It’s used to describe an environment where problems exist all around you: above, below, front and rear. In other words, challenges are coming at you from every angle - just like life.
